Changing our internet from Plusnet to EE has been a disaster. It's about as reliable as a K-Series with a clogged radiator. In the Sahara.

Have signed up to Plusnet for £25 pm. Free activation and free router. Should ne installed the day before I move in. As I need internet for the DWP, this is money well spent - although it takes up all of the increase in UC I got yesterday !

Mums email no longer works because Plusnet have outsourced it (and are going to start charging for it) and can't work out why. Trying to explain to her how to use Gmail instead.
Also, had to completely reset her TV and reinstall and re-sign in all her apps after a fault.

So BT is disgracefully relocating 600 jobs from Liverpool city centre to Manchester and Leeds. BT is Continuing Thatchers 'Managed Decline' of Liverpool. Can't wait to cancel Plusnet (part of BT) when my contract is up for renewal.
