#politicization
The politicization of the German national team comes as no surprise given the current rise of far-right movements like AfD across the country. White supremacist and racialist rhetoric reflects broader systemic shifts in German political dynamics. #Germany

The empirical parts of the article use the National Congregations Study and include our interviews with religious leaders in different regions and community types across the country.

Some great vignettes and quotes about how politicization occurs in specific settings.

“With little to no data, and by misreading and misinterpreting the data she does have, Rubin mistakenly sees politicization everywhere – as if (leftist) woke monsters are hiding in her closet and under her bed.”

"If Rubin were actually sincere about not having sufficient evidence to make sweeping claims about the discipline, then she would not make such sweeping claims about the discipline. Yet she does. Over and over again." @juliango.bsky.social on the U Chicago responses to the Rubin report on sociology.

Probably right. Though given state of LFS and (attempted) politicization of Bureau of Statistics in US, anything is possible in data terms.

The Unavoidable Truth: Rhetorical attacks on internal culture cannot substitute for transparent operational accountability.

The Unavoidable Lie: The department's leadership is entirely free from systemic politicization.

DJT and his issue are heavily invested in Ai tech and military contracting. Between this and the politicization of anything creates an uphill but necessary battle

Trump, Hegseth, Patel & Musk removing legacy cybersecurity & intelligence experts and protocols seems to have caused highly foreseeable hacking.

It was done on purpose.

They can't blame lack of foresight, because they were warned they were reducing our safety and did it anyway. #Sabotage

As for public support & why The Federalist Party was disbanded, the public could ask the creators of the Federalist Society, who in 1982, sought republicans being placed in the judiciary over other highly qualified individuals. The politicization of the judiciary was on purpose. Research it.

The police should be non partisan.

healthcare access/medical decisions should not be political and a system that allows the politicization of these personal decisions is a failed system.

idaho's government has failed to protect the autonomy of its citizens. the same system will not save us.

Totalitarians always accuse their opponents of impropriety before they commit it. ALWAYS. Corruption, classified docs, lawfare, politicization of apolitical career public servants, biasing education, and on and on.

WaPo: "Letting Hegseth go may rid Trump of a political headache, it would not erase the consequences of the defense secretary’s tenure that will outlast him: the mismanagement of the Iran war, the politicization of the military, the culture war inside the Pentagon and the purge of senior leaders."
Opinion | Why Trump might finally fire Pete Hegseth
The Pentagon would have to rebuild expertise, trust and stability if the secretary is forced out.

Or the fact that it was Biden's DOJ that oversaw the prosecution of **Bob Menendez**—or launched the investigation of Eric Adams!

None of that mattered. People screaming about the politicization of the DOJ under Biden continued screaming the same thing.
I think a lot about Biden/Garland keeping David Weiss on as US Attorney, because they didn't want to meddle with the Hunter probe. And then Garland elevating Weiss to special counsel so he could convict Hunter. And this having ZERO IMPACT on the GOP certainty that Biden was rigging the DOJ
almost as if they are operating on the assumption that everybody else does what they (openly, on live tv, with signing ceremonies) do
