You can do your own homework, as have I. Arguing a mechanism sometimes misfires does not create a transition, any more than polydactyly disproves that humans have 10 fingers. It uses rare developmental disorders to argue a point about gender identity, which those disorders do not actually support.

He’s also a polydactyly. He has extra toe beans. Let’s just say he’s very popular at the vet clinic because he’s an orange and polydactyl kitty and everyone wants to say hi. 👋

I really do find articles on polydactyly fascinating for the obvious reasons, and I also feel like they genuinely never reflect my actual lived experience. The surgery happened when I was about 13 months. I don’t REMEMBER any of the parts the articles talk about.
