UK Postcodes have two parts separated with a space. Every Brit knows this format, yet the Royal Mail website refuses to accept postcodes with a space in them. How do you fuck up validating your own system?

Postcodes are so overrated...
Spent some time today delving into the bookshop's archives ahead of this coming week's Bookselling Research Network conference at Bangor University. This postcard was sent to Sam Read by a Glasgow publisher in 1898, hoping to arrange a meeting to show off samples of their works.

Asked CoPilot (the thing Microsoft wants to bill us £30 a year for) for advice on the best way to get to an Oxford postcode. The good news: it recognises postcodes.
The bad news: it thinks Oxford is near Oxford Circus.
