it's cute that stella uses potplayer now too lol. I only use potplayer because 4 years ago I wanted a way to clip my valorant clips within the player but VLC didn't do it how I liked it or something so I spent a while looking for another video player. potplayer also didn't do it but I liked the UI.

So you can get ahold of a url once you load it on the site and there is up to 720p stream. It still checks location.

I just learned Potplayer automatically finds SRT files for video files so if you have a MKV or whatever of a movie with no subs Potplayer will go find the subs for you, then you can use potplayer to save the subs to your computer so you can hardcode them later.

Yeah my work laptop is locked the fuck down it sucks.
Potplayer even does an OK job of playing hdr content on a none HDR display it's pretty neat!
I tend to use plex through an nvidiashield plugged into my TV most of the time tho but for troublesome files potplayer just works.

PotPlayer je odličan video player, portabl sa ugrađenim svim kodecima. U početku možda malo komplikovan za korišćenje jer ima milijardu podešavanja. Ja ga koristim kao pomoćni player, npr. kad je interlaced video kompresovan kao progressive. Nijedan player ne detektuje ovu situaciju i ne uključuje

其实比较麻烦的反而是截图这步，如果需要截很长一段文字的话得截好多个图。字幕时间比较均匀的时候可以用potplayer的连续截图功能 www.potplayercn.com/course/2924.... 时间间隔变化太大的还是只能手动
还有个取巧的办法是只截第一个图，后面的靠生成器伪造出来，比如这个 disksing.com/fake-screens...
