went to see the new superman movie and i love the message that kindness + hope are punk rock. on the way home i biked around downtown silver spring and the sun was setting and i got the good brain chemicals again

Early during COVID, many of us have found ourselves isolated from one. Medically at higher risk, I worked hard to find beauty and calm in the smaller world that I still continue to live in. My back lane, east/west.
