Final Charge is still unchanged, bots are still ignored by specials, the entire preplanning system still sucks ass
The heist reworks should have been amazing, but combined with the skill rework, they killed how the stealth works, which was the one thing 3 had over 2

each route goes, just so I can start preplanning. I can also time them, so I can guesstimate how much time I'll have to add to my travel time, compared to driving? Grrr, it would be so much easier if map apps just did it for me. 🙃😒

I would assume the opposite. In agencies like this, you're talking about dozens of people in preplanning, prep, approvals, and editing. There's no way it passed any stage without knowing exactly what this was.

Unless they happened to be staged close to a large # of polling sites, they would have a hard time getting to a specific one. Unless they know beforehand that there will be a threat that requires them. Sounds to me like there has been some preplanning by mullin.

Been getting back into Cities Skylines 2 after Iceflake have been spending a huge time tweaking it post-Colossal

I think the weirdest part of being 24 so far is that I am preplanning parts of a wedding and engagement as I know these things are coming. The ring box is in their dresser. We are just both so scared for the next steps lmao
