I did #swordtember last year so I'm skipping this year.

I seem to do it every 2 years atp. Here's a plug for my very bad no good first draft self-zine of my OCs that I made for #swordtember2023.

Go look at it if you want! wyraine.itch.io/projectswords

A quick one today! The Pro's bubble-wand inspired sword can split into two. I drew her older sister for the challenge a few years ago.

On a graph-paper background, two figures are sketched in black and solid colored in white. The first figure is a young elvish woman in an eager stance, holding a longbow to her chest. She carries a large bundle of arrows in a pack on her back, and in her left hand, a sword adorned in small bells at the hilt. The second figure is an older elvish woman with larger hair. She stands confidently and grins into the distance, with a hand on her hip, and a large gnarly sword resting over her shoulder. The image next to the second figure is from earlier this year, depicting her in full color, covered in a watermark.

Decided how I'm going to tackle #swordtember this year! Here's a bit from my work two years ago.

In 2023 for #swordtember I drew 30 characters for 30 swords! I haven't worked on it a lot since I put up the minimum viable product, but it's something I look forward to revisiting!
>Get the Zine on Itch!

On a white spread page featuring two sets of 3 row-5 column tables (15 on each side) shows an array of colorful characters featured in a unique zine by the author. There isn't enough space to describe each character in detail, but rest assured they are varied and plentiful...

The first 4 days of #swordtember as I decide how to go about it this year 🤔. I'm going to take it easy while I work on other stuff!

On a graph-paper background, four figures are sketched in black and solid colored in white. First is a figure in armor holding a snail shell protruding a sword. Next is an older man with horns, facial hair, reclining, holding a sword. Third is a robot built to resemble a toy soldier holding a sword. Lastly, an older elvish man with flowing hair holding a sword, standing stalwart. The image next to the second figure is from my swordtember 2023 work.
