Good point, and interesting cases. We sometimes allow tubular proteinuria for donors with AKI, but not the case for these… should have alarm going 🚨 for proteinuria, but could be missed at the organ offer with time pressure for go/no-go decision… we’ve all burned and learn from these tough cases!
