It was clear that Prusik needed other (actual) goats. So we brought him to a goat rescue, where he thrived. So our history with goats is bittersweet, but at least Prusik went from being neglected to finding a happy home, and the other goat experienced love and care before she passed. ❤️

Q had been diligently nursing the injured goat back to health, but sadly, she still passed away. The other goat, named Prusik, looked for her everywhere. He started spending all his time on the porch in the company of his own reflection in the window.
