It completely defeats the purpose, yeah. Unfortunately I guess these days you just really can't do any interesting ARG-style collective puzzlesolving in a medium people can scrape.

tenho amigos obcecados por Serious Sam e amigos obecados por The Talos Principle, mas nunca tive um que amou os dois. a Croteam conseguiu a proeza de fragmentar completamente sua fanbase entre fãs de combate improvisado semiestratégico e puzzlesolving estratégico semi-improvisado

En annen faktor, som kan ha endret seg, er hvor godt eller dårlig vi akademikere skriver. Som student på 90-tallet syntes jeg mye av faglitteraturen var en fest å lese. Nyere faglitteratur blir dessverre ofte mer inneforstått "puzzlesolving", ett lite hjørne av læringsmålene om gangen.
