During the break I had a health scare - PVCs random heart flutters, weeks of tests
Everything came back fine
Doc and physio told me: start running again
So I did. Within days, the PVCs stopped
My heart literally settled once I found my rhythm again
And slowly, my head did too

Saw my cardiologist today to review the results from my heart monitor.
Mon. 12 pm to 11:59 pm- 29,000 PVCs
Tues. 12:01 am to 11:59 pm- 12,000 PVCs
Wed. 12:01 am to 2 pm- 5,000 PVCs
I removed my Oura ring at 2 pm Tues, but staff calculated calendar days, not b4 and after. Total 5% PVCs.

I'm trying to figure out what threw my heart out of whack.
I noted, for the last few months that my oura ring impacts the nerves in my hands. I switch it off constantly from rt 1st finger to left 1st finger to rt middle finger.
I took it off at 2 pm today. I've felt better tonight

lol so I went to the er cause I’ve been having near constant pvcs for several days and it was Concerning on top of really fucking annoying, and the out an iv in me and drew blood and now I’m not having PVCs.
