Very cool to see @wslyvh's #tokenlog tool use #QuadraticVoting with token-weighted backlog grooming for Github issues.
At @tecmns, it's being used as a community voting tool to decide on Vision, Mission & Values for the Token Engineering Commons.
Neat.

I feel that #quadraticvoting and other computational democracy tools can improve this. The problem imho is that boomers have power/voice incommensurate with their predictive abilities of where "future collective value" lies. There is no accountability for their ignorance now, so they don't shut up.
