I'm not saying Nintendo won't ever lend their characters for use in other franchises, it's just that it either will happen on Nintendo's terms, or not at all, which would include everything related to Nintendo's IPs being locked to Nintendo's consoles, as was with Mario + Rabbids

Yeah for those who dont know in the hit game mario rabbids during like one of the first boss battles if your rabbid characters get grabbed by him he very smugly and proudly uses them as a buttwipe before tossing them away
