Joys today:

A funny thing about self care is that it isn't always the small treats & passes. It's doing the things you need to do so your mind can let anxiety go.
I sat for 7 hours doing this kind of work, and now I feel a weight released.

Also Raijo Taiso made me feel cheerful this morning.
