My work used to get H2O from Mountain Mist. MM was bought by Crystal Springs / Primo. Now I've learned that Primo Water and ReadyRefresh from BlueTriton are now part of the same family and Primo Delivery customers are moving to a new service platform under the name Primo Brands. My cup runneth over.

readyrefresh fucked u over too huh

Yes and I haven’t had a delivery since April 30 due to their cluster&@$%# merger. #monopoly #readyrefresh

ReadyRefresh, how do you suck? Let me count the ways...cause they're increasing with every minute of hold time on your crappy customer service line that it took over a dozen tries to get through to. (And your 'wait times of up to half an hour' message tells me you're wildly understaffed.)

GREAT WATER SPECIALS!!! TELL BRYANT THAT WARREN SENT YOU!! #primobrands #readyrefresh #PRMB #Saratoga #PolandSprings

UPDATE: @ReadyRefresh it looks like the conversation you had with your staff didn't land well. Our contributor submitted another #bikelaneviolation involving your trucks. Hey @CookCtyHealth & @thisisUIC can you talk to your vendor about parking in #bikelanes? #preventghostbikes

Our 400th bike lane obstruction came in this morning showing @ReadyRefresh illegally parked in the bike lane on the UIC campus.

The @ReadyRefresh truck:

I’ll have to try these, I did ReadyRefresh for a yr. I was sick of them sending me pork 😭

After narrowly losing a union election among ReadyRefresh workers in Florida, the Teamsters have filed an objection to the results, alleging the employer engaged in unlawful “misconduct” ahead of the election.

The union was just 1 vote shy of a victory. www.orlandoweekly.com/news/teamste...

Also, ReadyRefresh is terrible.

Nothing in my life is more consistent than how often @ReadyRefresh raises their prices

Hey @ReadyRefresh, is there a reason you send a reschedule notice every day, seven days in a row, for every monthly delivery? Is this why you raise your prices every six months? To afford all the reschedule and cancellation emails? 😂 10/10 would not recommend
