Let’s just say there is a lot of Gender happening underneath the decision of who gets a presumption of reasonableness and who doesn’t.
Its always so interesting how "Anti-AI extremists" are always "hysterical" and "loud" but AI "enthusiasts" are always just hopeful and optimistic (maybe hyping at best) and nothing else

Ilan also asserts that the touchstone of 4A analysis is reasonableness, not whether there is a warrant. this is misleading. reasonableness generally requires a warrant for house arrests, unless an exception applies. Ilan is effectively suggesting that the Court recognize a new exception.

The ascendancy of the “white moderate” to the place of eminent reasonableness in discourse&politics was always going to lead here, as King told us plainly in 1963. We’ll just keep walking this road until we decide to unmake white supremacy - even the polite kind.
I do think that every non-Black who questioned Black folks’ job qualifications. Claimed racism was no longer a problem. Was skeptical of AA. Said All Lives Matter. Victim blamed us. Believed they lost a job to DEI.

The reason you never hand it to Nazis like Carlson is because whatever modicum of truth they are utilizing is in service of their ultimate goal, which is racist mass murder on a global scale, so praising them in order to burnish your own reputation for reasonableness is grotesque.
