i always think about the middle ages -> renaisssance period when MILLIONS WERE DYING there were still people painting, making clothes, improving science/architecture. stupid monarchs were doing all kinds of bullshit but it never stopped the common man from being an artist and innovator

Old School Essentials and Savage Worlds have each been mentioned four times.

So, as I read and wanted to confirm with a friend, since she is a conductor,the Viola was literally a botched experiment of an instrument mainly used for improv during the renaisssance and medieval period that was twisted and turned into a instrument mainly for playing chrods on orchestra

I was thinking about getting back to play Violin.
But I'm also considering playing Viola.
The only doubt I have is if, as the Violin sorta locks you on the Baroque to Classic period...I think the Viola was manly used on the Baroque so I will not have any mother stuff to play.

It’s the Calcio Storico in Florence. Neighborhood teams playing rugby while doing mixed martial arts. I’ve never seen anything remotely like it. You wouldn’t believe the setting in a movie.
