#repetoire
This is one of those weeks when it feels very weird to have Saved by the Bell in your cultural repetoire.

I played imagination games my whole life

But more directly, when I was deeper into Warhammer 40,000, I discovered FFG's Rogue Trader TTRPG and went "Oh Boy Another Way To Shove Warhams Down My Gullet"

I fell in love with the format, expanded my repetoire and the rest is history
freshman year of high school, a friend threw a birthday party all-nighter, and spontaneously at midnight decided to run D&D 3.5e for us (i'd never played). we rolled up characters on Redblade, printed them out, then did a dungeon crawl until who-knows-when o'clock.
"how did you get into ttrpgs"

i got hit by a truck and woke up here

Not merely because they failed to kill everyone, but because it is unevidenced that they tried. As an exercise, go back and find the worst red-baiting demagoguery of American politicians during Vietnam. Now add in the known repetoire of documented war crimes there. Was Vietnam...

Damn, I knew I was missing something in my professional repetoire...

I think this is going to be transformative.
Thanks for the tip!! 😁

An eternal frustration for me is the vast cinematographic repetoire of Swedish films, and the lack of English translations.

I want to show my friends the silly comedy films, the old dramas, the heist films and the thrillers!

At least there is a proper literary and music export.

Dealt with the triptych a long while before, but while I ahgaust the general issue. I'd rather have my presence be quite prevalent.. Although I'd enjoy something else, yet I'd prefer something different.. Repetoire the issue to a place that I wished of..

And Mega Man is still the failson franchise in Capcom's repetoire. It's still a mystery how it became a full franchise that allowed deadbeat dad Keiji Inafune to call the shots since Mega Man 3...

Facts are never in his repetoire. Trying to make it sound like 51st US state hoping people will react negatively.

when you're crazy people will chalk up every single problem on earth to that. even people who swear up and down that they're totally on your side because they have x y AND z and totally for sure know what its like will actively use any diagnosis in their repetoire to deem you unfit to be believed.

We're thinking of getting a bass guitar for my son, so he can transition from piano to another instrument (he's only played piano and Rock Band drums). Anyone have a rec for a bass and amp that would suit a high schooler looking to add an instrument to his repetoire?

I've been working on #6thDawn for over 3 years, as my take on 5e. Last week, the wizard unleashed it's awesome power. Here are some of its new and revised features!

One of the great joys of living in Westminster was occasionally walking past their practice sessions. Their repetoire is amazing, just amazing

The workaround is hypnosis, by the way. Quill hypnotizes a very willing Tack to give him a bondage trigger.

Trying to expand my kink repetoire with his one. 🤣
One of the few things Tack enjoyed intimately in the past was being tied up.

When the Dweller attacked, he fired a cannon alone. When the ship capsized his wrists were caught by the recoil ropes and he got pulled down.

He hates it scares him. Quill finds a... workaround.

Is there something your character once loved that was spoilt for them? A smell, a touch, a place, that now is a bad memory where once it was comfort? How do they feel about it?

100% re performance. I get the impression that much Breton performance is like Scots piping: exactly one correct way to do it. But to my ears the repetoire is also more repetitive.

when I played the fiddle I could arrange repetoire but it was simplified and usually in a major key. I remember some kids dancing to that happy song - House of the Rising Sun.

....yeah it's not like some of the greatest classical musicians are Chinese or anything. Or that all of modern pop music are power ballads with tons of allusions to tang dynasty poetry. Or *literally* a never ending repetoire of classical Chinese poetry and art lmao
