i think this is an improvement, but worry about the remaining requirements. the article names a req that your dx not be over a year old. how often does a doc need to see you to prove your dx? is that year rule for the first check, or do we need to reprove every 6 months that chronic means chronic?
Very good news! (My state was one of 25 that sued.)

"Chronically ill people on Medicaid won't be bound by new work requirement rules that the latest Trump administration guidance requires in order to qualify for 'medically frail' exemptions, a federal judge ruled."

“The Spirit will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness” — John 16:8

Psychologically, shame is identity-based, conviction is behavior-based.

. WHAT SHOULD THE CHURCH DO?

*1. Stand on truth without compromise*
> Ephesians 5:11 - And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

We cannot call marriage what God calls abomination. We cannot ordain what God condemns.

*2. Speak with love, not hate*

Proverbs 30:6 — Don’t you add to his words, lest he reprove you, and you be found a liar

Have you ever added your own spin to what Yahuah said, just to make it sound better?

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) - Chapter 2-4
And he shall judge between the nations and reprove many peoples, and they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift the sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.

Many American Evangelical Christians seem to be religious hypocrites, folks who claim to follow Jesus Christ but who ignore much of what He actually preached.
I've written 2 poems inspired by such hypocrisies — "21st Century Religion" and "Religious Hypocrites".

Today the word is “redargue”, meaning:
“to disprove”, “to refute”, “to confute”, “to reprove”, “to convict”, “to contradict”, “to accuse” or “blame”.
Tobias Smollett writes, in “Humphry Clinker”:
“The objections you mention, I humbly conceive, are such as may be redargued, if not entirely removed.”
