I am waiting for the private equity firms to note that their vast residential holdings are losing value and then dumping hundreds of homes onto the market.
People are putting the brakes on moving, so they’re pulling their homes off the market.

📌 Weak buyer demand, softening prices, and a jittery economy are pushing sellers to back out and wait for a better day.

Have you ever heard of the 5th largest corporate landlord in the country?

They run their so-called "luxury" housing like a slumlord.

They use deceptive/abusive practices against tenants.

In 2023, their net income was nearly $2,000,000,000.

Believe it or not, they're called "Equity Residential."
