Day #1 of #RetrOCtober - Geneva
My first real OC from when I was 7 or 8. She could hop dimensions, which was an excuse to be able to put her in whatever fuckin property I was into at the time lol She's been in Sonic, DBZ, Pokemon, all that stuff. My fave color is purple lol

for my first #retrOCtober, I'm revisiting Mona, the protagonist of my (old; completed!) webcomic The Muse Mentor (www.themusementor.com)
it's amazing that I can draw her still without reference after 6 years.... comics, man!! I'm gonna draw up more of the cast this month, too 🦋

The #retrOCtober prompt got me to draw for the first time in months.
When I was 7 I created Debbi Duckling and wrote stories of her that I still have copies of. In middle school I expanded her friend group BSC-Girl gang style, and later made her goth.
She's about 14 here, a 90s baby goth.

Bandit Flaregard was an average teenager.
But that all changed after his life was saved by a delinquent.
Vowing to better himself and to fight for others, he'd walk the path of a Delinquent himself becoming the unsung hero of Van Nuys!
Time for history! LONG🧵 (1/?)

Juggler, like the name indicates, is a juggler in the Showdown Circus. She also likes to throw things in general. Here's the shittiest comic on the planet, featuring Tightrope Walker as her "assistant" (they have seggs after this) #originalcharacter #comic #queeroc

i like the sound of using #retrOCtober as an excuse to draw my long-foregone children as warmups :-)
This is Darius! one of the first characters that wasnt just "young girl adventure-having self-insert" lol. I plucked him out of his nothingburger story to use in my first OCT in 2011
