I'm Really Annoyed that Street Sharks was cancelled in 1997 because, "extreme mutant animal" toy & cartoon market became unpopular, toy sales slowed down, & shifting children's television regulations made it harder for the show to maintain its audience. It was a COOL show in the 90s.

I ALMOST got a Halloween costume of them as well, but I forget what I chose to get instead :P It had a whole wire system to shape it like the character! haha

Ripster is also the smartest of the sharks as the leader of the Street Sharks. He is a technological genius and a master strategist who can outsmart his enemies using his intelligence and his extra sensory. He would even investigate and research to protect the city. Other than that, he rides a red motorcycle with a flame paintjob (that Devin would steal) and he is a capable motorcyclist. He is also skilled in playing pool and used a pool cue that could fire a powerful laser blast (giving him the title of a pool shark). Name: Streex (Robert "Bobby" Bolton Jr.) Age: 18 Species: Shark Color: Light Blue (with Purple Stripes) Occupation: Coolest/Jokester Streex is a tiger shark/human hybrid who is the "coolest" brother of the Street Sharks. He used to be a human named Bobby Bolton before he got gene-slammed and turned into a tiger shark/human hybrid (who he would renamed himself as Streex) in 1994. He's been a shark ever since 1994 that he embraced being it. Streex wears lime green shorts with brown belt, red knee pads, black fingerless gloves, and black with turquoise detailed rollerskates and is shirtless due to his white button-up shirt with red stripes (with the sleeves ripped to make it sleeveless) being ripped into shreds. He possesses strength, claws, and staff fighting. He can shark dive that allows him to dig through the ground as if he were swimming through water. Streex is also a self-proclaimed ladies' man despite his appearance and would look at himself in the mirror. He used to be a human named Clint Bolton before he got gene-slammed and turned into a hammerhead shark/human hybrid (who he would rename himself as Jab) in 1994. He's been a shark ever since 1994 that he embraced being it. Jab is the lazy brother but one of his favorite hobbies is boxing. He also has some talent with mechanics since he uses a jetpack. He lift some weights to make himself stronger. Since he embraced being a shark, he is more in tune with his animal side such as he would roar and snarl when he's angry or excited over something. Name: Big Slammu (Cooper Bolton) Age: 16 Species: Shark Color: Orange with Pale-colored Dots Occupation: Brute Force/Gentle Giant Big Slammu is a whale shark/human hybrid who is the gentle giant and brute force of the Street Sharks. He used to be a human named Cooper Bolton before he got gene-slammed and turned into a whale shark/human hybrid (who he would rename himself Big Slammu) in 1994. He's been a shark ever since 1994 that he embraced being it. Slammu wears white football pants with red linings and has front pockets on each side with his pants slightly unzipped/unbuttoned below his waist, matching white football shoes with two red linings and light blue socks, yellow wristbands on both wrists, and is shirtless due to his yellow crop top with the sleeves being ripped to make it sleeveless being ripped into shreds and he also had his light blue cap on his head that was worn backwards gone. He possesses brute strength and jaw strength. He can shark dive that allows him to tunnel or swim through concrete like water. Slammu is the youngest and strongest brother and is the sport-oriented brother. In fact, before he transformed, he was a football player in high school. Slammu is actually skilled in football and boxing. His most prominent attack is called the "Seismic Slam" where Slammu sets off an earthquake by hitting the ground with his fists really hard.
