I remember seeing them play at a small club in Richmond, VA right before Cult of Personality launched. I don’t remember if it was when the venue was called The Metro or Rockitz , but it was a phenomenal gig. A high school friend’s band opened for them, Rosebud. Paging Brian Fechino!

I saw these two hepcats in Richmond, VA in 1987. It was a great show and a good time. I can't remember the venue. I think it was Rockitz. May have been the Casablanca. They came later that year to the Pyramid Club, but I didn't have the money.
