had lunch at the new roujiamo place in the neighborhood and the food (at least the roujiamo) is pretty dang good

Roujiamo , also known as Lazhi Roujiamo , is a famous snack originating from Shaanxi , China . It can be roughly divided into two types: one is "Lazhi Roujiamo" which uses Baiji buns ; the other is Roujiamo with minced meat sauce from Baoji Xifu (with vinegar in the minced meat sauce).

Roujiamo has similar concept to a sausage roll for example! Especially the flaky pastry version of roujiamo. Guokui in my mind is like. Similar concept to a Cornish pasty. Jianbing is like a crepe wrap stuffed with protein and veg.
