What's even stranger: it also has no idea what Rumantsch/Romansch is. Despite the fact that this is the fourth official language of an entire country (i.e. Switzerland). Neither of these languages are obscure... so this strikes me as an omission. Who do I talk to about this inside Google? —Thanks.

Google bietet auch Rätoromanisch als Option an. Sehr gut! Wichtig ist dabei zu wissen, dass es neben Rumantsch fünf regionale Varietäten gibt: Sursilvan, Sutsilvan, Surmiran, Puter und Vallader. Und auch in diese kann man seine Texte übersetzen lassen. alas.liarumantscha.ch

gestern im Brocki wieder mal eine Trouvaille gemacht: für exorbitante Fr.1.90 ein besterhaltenes Grammatica elementara dal rumantsch d'Engadina bassa Buch ergattert!
nicht dass ich jetzt Rumantsch lernen will, aber mich interessieren die Unterschiede vom Rumantsch zum Dialett'ticinese (Lombarding)

Die SBB macht mE keine Durchsagen in der rätoromanischen Standardsprache (Rumantsch grischun). Da müsste man schon auf den Strecken der RhB fahren. Dort hingegen wird sogar lokales Idiom berücksichtigt. Also Puter, Vallader etc.
