i liked this jjk ep on a first watch but i pondered on it and like episode 6 i hate the flow of it overall. way too much narration that the anime could've cut, and the pacing is so fucking bad. no rythm or momentum. i love this season overall but this ep was not it

That's why i said they have some of the same principles. I don't think you can play dark souls with a guitar controller (though you can apparently) but just that the flow of combat shares a lot of the same fluidity and works a lot like how a rythm game works, both in how you learn and how it feels.

I have some history with rythm games, I've played some adofai and cytus tho never really grinded or played hard content. It was always a relaxing thing for me, a way to stop thinking and move into a flow state for as long as my wrist didnt hurt (they hurt kinda fast lmao)

Na fali zajawki polskim Rythm+Flow postanowiłem nadrobić rodzime rapsy i… czy każdy nowożytny kawałek musi mieć wokal przepuszczony przez hardkorowy filtr? Kiedyś to była straszna żenada, teraz z tego co słyszę, nowa norma. Nie siedzi mi.

As someone who does both, the crime is not just the texturing - the overall base model shapes feel wrong. It doesn't have the same harmonious flow and rythm as the 2D does, there's a stiffness to it even before rigging/blendshapes & does not capture the distinctive squish/weight effectively.
