as far as i'm concerned, the biggest indicator that sega lost the console wars (bigger than sega not making any consoles after the dreamcast) is that there's no consistent setup for Mission 53 in SADX and you can beat Mario 64 without pressing the A button

Just the regular SADX mod installer recommended mods. Nothing crazy. Alongside those, I used a couple from Pariah's spreadsheet like the Japanese translation mod. I think the only crazy one I'm using for this run is one that grants new character abilities. I've played this game so many times lol

why do you even need a recomp when theres an active decompilation effort going on and sadx pc with mods is pretty good 😭

been playing SADX (gamecube) just to compare my experience with it compared to the original dreamcast version. so far the only sections that i think look better in DX are the chaos 4 arena boss, twinkle circuit, and the second section in red mountain (i really like the darker lighting in DX there)
