A couple of porcelain salt pigs. Fun to make and always attention grabbers at markets. #thistleglenpottery #pottersonbluesky #saltpigs #porcelain #standardceramicsclay #cone10clay

I love making salt pigs! These came out of the recent Highlander wood kiln. I used a Shino slip on the body of one & left the other two raw. Snouts were glazed in Shino, Tenmoku & Cinnamon #thistleglenpottery #pottersofbluesky #saltpigs #stoneware #woodfiredpottery #flashing #shinoslip #mtlebanon

Been hearing good things about that new show SaltPigs
