forever remembering SC3000 as the game my computer class was playing when 9/11 happened

The Australian John Sands Sega SC3000.
I was completely unaware of it growing up with the Spectrums and Commodores prevalent in the European market, it was a computer version of Sega's SG-1000 console, it sadly wasn't a success and failed to get a worldwide release.

I’m in a serious mood to play a city builder, but I spent *so much* time on SC4 that I don’t think it’s possible for me to enjoy it anymore.
Cities Skylines is fine but it doesn’t scratch that itch for me for whatever reason.
Maybe I can get SC3000 running again?
