I have both a sd2sp2 and a sd2sp1 (not as talked about but sold by the same folks, meant for 101s without the SP2 slot). sd2sp2's already being used for my modded 001 unit anyway.

You mean sd2sp2? Also I'd recommend an sd media launcher for booting Swiss if you can get it

Been playing my modded gamecube again, with some up to date Swiss and a SD2SP2 in hand. honestly surprised this thing can run mods that are larger than the standard ~1.4 GB size limit but those seemingly run fine without issue.

SD2SP2's also nice for additional storage. Much as I love crusty Memory Card adapters, it is visually pleasing having everything just built in basically. Gonna need to get a larger SD card for it though, this 4 GB one is very slow in transfers.

the SD2SP2 adapters that just put the microSD right inside the recess and allow use of factory cover are much better as they seem to use a thicker PCB that fits more snug inside the port and when faceplate is snapped in it supports it as well

Threw on new thermals since heatsink has to come off anyways and tested out SD2SP2 Pro adapter customer sent in with their Picoboot. I dont recommend these as they never sit nice and tight in port, I have to add solder to the fingers for a snug fit, can be flakey

Although with Wii the problem is always controls, I really don't wanna bust out dolphin bar and a real wiimote so I've been mostly using dolphin to manage ISOs for my SD2SP2 lately lol

El disco de Wind Waker se quedó para siempre metido en mi GameCube. Lo necesito para cargar un exploit desde la Memory Card y acceder a Swiss. Ahora todo lo de GC lo juego en Wii (es más cómodo) y la Cube sólo la uso para jugar Game Boy Player (con GBI).
