they changed the seat reservation for my flight home from jp from one i had to pay for to one that's free 1) without telling me (i got an email from the website i checked the seatmap on that the type of plane was changed, so i checked my seat in the airline app) OR 2) refunding the money???

something glitched and for a good minute I thought we would be flying on a boeing 777-300er accidentally in premium eco, but actually it's an airbus 350 and we're in normal eco. travel agent says we've got extra legroom (my colleague is Tall (tm)) but seatmap says it's regular.

oh well.

with all the right info it works well but getting the right info to have it pull from these days is harder, a bunch of GDS providers locked down their free tiers so getting access to things like seatmap availability for a given flight is limited. mine right now uses google flights but it’s slow af

Just a note, the screenshot is from London Theatre Direct (a reseller), not the official site, and they include commissions.
The official prices are still very high, but a bit lower.
Sometimes reseller have cheaper prices/offers, but for some shows like this they can be more expensive.

Third party sites don't guarantee the correct seat maps. I'd check the seatmap for that flight/date on Delta's site.
