There is an outage with Sengled WI-FI products. It's a terrible customer experience when Amazon provides an outage update for a company it doesn't own.
At the very least, Sengled could have acknowledged the outage. They have been dead silent. I have taken my business elsewhere.

In today's world of smarthome shenanigans, Sengled has been down since sometime last night, so none of the light automations worked on those bulbs.
Don't buy Sengled. Phillips Hue doesn't require internet to work, and certainly won't go down when Phillips has a server problem.

I have Sengled smart lights, and Sengled has had an outage all week. That means features like dimming and timers don’t work. Is there a better example of everything wrong with “smart tech” than “my lamp stopped working because a faceless company’s having an issue somewhere?”

Parts of the app are giving me a 503 error so like... Maybe the hard drive is full on their api server. Bad practices. Something broke, but it only broke the API but not the Sengled store.
Amazon seems to be fed up with it, removing the Sengled skill entirely from Alexa.

It’s nuts. Twice so far. 18 bulbs here; half are wifi and Sengled cloud service is down and therefore the bulbs are useless. Sigh. Welcome to the party

lol ordered some pretty fuckin expensive smart bulbs for my flood lights in the backyard and fuckin sengled sent me a two pack of smart plugs, packing list said they were supposed to go to another eric 🤦♂️

If you're using #sengled bulbs that connect to their hub, you can get around the outage by connecting them to another device with a #zigbee hub, like #smartthings or some #Alexa hardware.
For Alexa devices, turn on your bulb and flip the switch 10 times to reset the bulb and... 1/
