A redraw of an old portrait for Seòras. Conveniently doubles as a new token, too!

#art #oc #dndart #pathfinder
A digitally drawn piece showing a portrait of Seòras. He's looking at the viewer from a 3/4ths angle with his head slightly tilted. He has a carefully controlled expression that's not really readable, but looks intense. The colors and shading are a bit dark (ominous, perhaps), accentuating the golden glow to his eyes and halo.

Seòras voice: "I don't care if she's the vessel my deity's Evil Twin™, your honor. She's BASICALLY my daughter now and I will die for her. I'll kill YOU for her."

Doodles of him and Charna.

And yeah, he's very concerned all the time about her being so tiny.

#art #dndart #oc #pathfinder
Three digital art sketches of the Pathfinder 1e characters, Seòras and Charna. One shows them in full-body, Charna hugging Seòras with her face pressed to his chest; another shows Seòras kneeling while Charna sits, their hands pressed together; and one shows them clinging to each other more than hugging.

Hair style meme for Seòras, because his autistic ass has the same haircut for his entire life and I wanted to see if anything else fit.

The ponytail is great though. He looks exactly like his brother. Which, I mean... It makes sense considering they're identical twins.

#oc #art #dndart
An OC hair styles meme done for a Pathfinder 1e character named Seòras. The art shows Seòras with his normal look in a larger portrait, then a grid of 4 different hair styles. Normally, Seòras has short-medium length hair styled in a side-swept undercut. For his appearance otherwise, he has dark, golden-brown skin with freckles over his cheeks and nose, warm-blond hair, and glowing gold eyes. He has a wide mouth with large teeth, a long and straight nose, and balanced-but-angular oval-shaped face. The variations show: Top left: Ponytail. His hair is the same length, but pulled back into a small ponytail. Some hair that isn't long enough to make it to the ponytail makes it look a bit messy. He's smiling with his head cocked a bit, emulating his smarmy-ass twin brother. Top right: Long. Shoulder-length hair that's fully grown out and tucked behind his ears. Very neat and relaxed. His expression is mostly neutral, but there's an air of a smirk emoji in it. Bottom left: Short. Close-cropped and fairly uniform in length all around with a faint side part. He looks uncomfortable with this. Bottom right: Unkempt. His fringe is long enough to reach past his chin on his left side, and the right is getting there. It's clearly a grown-out version of his normal hairstyle. He also has a beard and messy eyebrows — the vibe being he hasn't had time to do Maintenance in a while. His expression looks miserable.

Some more of my favorite baby boy Cavalier, Seòras. Got lazy with my colors, but I'm just happy I'm actually drawing again.

His horse (Calamity) is uh. Technically not alive, and she definitely doesn't need to be bundled up for the weather, but he does it anyway.

#oc #art #dndart #pathfinder
A drawing of a Pathfinder NPC named Seòras. He's in the middle of mounting his horse, Calamity, but seemingly was interrupted by something off-screen. Seòras is wearing some warm winter clothing with herringbone patterning. Calamity is in a full horse coat with hood and ... Face cover (horse girls, I'm sorry, I don't know what that's called specifically). The colors are a simple gradient map of cool magentas and golds. The background is loosely sketched with some trees, low mountains, and snowfall. Another drawing of Seòras and Calamity. This time, Calamity is on the move with Seòras fully mounted, armored, and carrying his lance. Seòras is wearing a modified frogmouth helmet and full plate armor. Calamity is wearing horse barding, and her coat matches Seòras' with crimson, gold, and white colors. The background is simple ground with some trees at the horizon and a grey-colored sky.

Working on yet another ref sheet, this time for my ultimate baby boy, Seòras.

Doctor Without a Border Horse Teeth Horse Boy Celestial Cavalier.

... Or Commissar. If you want to be technical. 😒

WIP, obvs, but I wanted to share his gear + expressions anyway.

#art #ocart #dnd #dndart #pathfinder
A digital art piece of a half-celestial Pathfinder character named Seòras Redbrook. He has dark, golden brown skin, gold hair, and glowing amber eyes. Behind his head is a halo. He's wearing a suit of full plate and a half-crimson, half-white surcoat with gold trim. The armor is mostly white-steel, but his left arm harness and plate strips on the leather tassets are copper. Sheet text: "Vanguard Commissar Seòras Redbrook" / "Full ref sheet in progress! :)" A digital drawing of an expression sheet for Seòras. The colors are a simple, stylized palette of warm yellows to light browns. The first image shows Seòras smiling (with a very :] type smile). The second is a simple, sad expression ( :( ). Third is him sneering, angry and replying to something someone else has said. Fourth is an unamused, almost condescending look over his shoulder. Fifth has Seòras looking exhausted, his hair a mess, and his fingers pressed against his forehead (with a wedding ring cameo). The last image has him looking somewhere between shocked and amused, with wide eyes and tight corners of his mouth. All images include his halo at various angles to match the way his head is turned or tilted.

Lex, princess of Belenos, runs away from home and tries to figure out her next steps with the help of her handmaiden (Talna) and two smugglers (Euna and Seoras).

From THE CRUCIBLE OF THE BROKEN MOON, my space opera romantasy.

#WIPSnips #WritingCommunity
“Would the rebels take her?” Euna asked, giving Lex another once-over. Lex froze. “No! They’re going to kill me, too!” Talna and Seoras exchanged a glance that Lex didn’t know how to read. “They probably won’t,” the man said at length, “but I doubt they’d help you, either, considering who you are. No offense, Your Highness.” Euna scooped tea leaves into her mug and poured boiling water onto them. “Then the only option is to leave the planet. Take her to Helvetios Station and get her a one-way ticket to another solar system. You get your pick of the galaxy, Princess.” A fresh wave of anxiety flooded Lex’s veins. All her previous trips offworld had been with royal escort—one of her parents, if not both, and a dozen elite soldiers from the Royal Army. Despite the dangers of interplanetary travel, the size of their group and the skill of their guard always assuaged any fears. Not once had she imagined traveling alone—truly alone, forced to rely on nothing but her own wits to find food, lodging, and transportation. All at once, she understood the disadvantage of a pampered, sheltered life in which aides and servants carried out all the important tasks.

Guess what. New armor design because the plot is happening faster than previously anticipated.

Get Godlight Beamed, idiot. Enjoy your new armor.
Art of a Pathfinder 1e character named Seòras. He's wearing a full set of lamellar armor with a deep red surcoat, gold trim, and black riding boots with gold soles. In this drawing, he's wearing a helmet and cloth face covering. The helmet has two large hawk feathers as a crest. Art of a Pathfinder 1e character named Seòras. I am SO excited for tomorrow's session and Seòras becoming the divine's chosen vessel to save a city of ~17k people currently trapped with no way out.

Or what the hell ever.

I've been buzzing for a WEEK, it's my favorite damn trope.

4-panel art of the Anakin-Padme "... Right?" meme with a Pathfinder 1e character named Seòras. The Godlight (this setting's main deity) is Anakin in the meme format. Seòras is Padme. The top left panel shows the 2-D emblem of the Godlight as an eye with rays shining down. From the Godlight, the text reads: "The power of the Godlight will soon be able to combat the Darkness." Top right panel shows Seòras with a wide smile. He has a bruise & cut on his cheek and forehead, and he looks a bit disheveled. From Seòras, the text reads: "Through one of the Imperial Paladins here, right?" Bottom left panel shows the Godlight, but more zoomed in, with its 2-D emblem angled more toward the right, mimicking the intense look Anakin gives Padme in the meme format. There is no text. Bottom right panel shows Seòras again. His expression has fallen to worry. From Seòras, the text reads: "... Right?"

Very proud of this and I'm happy I finally managed to finish something!

Technically a redraw, but the old version is so drastically different, it really doesn't count as one anymore, tbh. Seòras has changed so much, yet he remains The Chariot...

#art #dndart #ocart #pathfinder #dnd
Digital art in the style of a tarot card showing a Pathfinder character named Seòras. Seòras is riding Calamity, carrying a polearm and looking ahead off-frame. He has dark, golden-brown skin, black hair, freckles, glowing amber eyes, and a halo that frames him against the dark sky. He's wearing a long golden tunic, white pants, and black riding boots. He's lightly armored in lamellar that covers his thighs, upper arms, and forearms. Calamity has golden headgear on and a saddle blanket over her back. The background depicts a sunrise, the light illuminating a distant city in the bottom-left corner. The card border is gold and red. The Roman numeral VII is at the top, with "THE CHARIOT" at the bottom.

Sorry for no art updates. My bipolar is kicking my ass real hard.

Some scraps from the last few weeks...

- An Aloys dress up/layers for his armor
- Sketch of Seòras for the campaign I get to play him in
- Armor design for another character in that same campaign
Digital art of a PF1e character named Aloys. The art shows 7 different images at each stage of Aloys' gearing up sequence. Digital art of a PF1e character named Seòras. It's hard to see due to the color of the sketch lines (sorry), and shows Seòras walking down a path while leading his horse, Calamity. Digital art of a PF1e character named Sarhan (technically). He's in a neutral pose and wearing black, red, and gold Byzantine-inspired armor.

Do you know what a cloudfoot hound looks like? No? Me neither.

From THE CRUCIBLE OF THE BROKEN MOON, my space opera romantasy about a runaway princess and the warlord's son she's arranged herself to marry. #WIPSnips #WritingCommunity
Lex watched the gravity of Talna’s words settle over Seoras, darkening his expression and hardening the lines of his face. “Come inside. Shoes off. I’ll make some tea.” He turned and disappeared back through the doorway, leaning heavily on the cane in his other hand. “Euna! Our guests are here!” The women followed him into a larger room. Instead of keeping a separate kitchen and dining room, the townhouse combined them. A minimalistic metal table and four chairs occupied the front half, while in the back half were a stove, ice chest, sink, and cabinets. Dried herbs and salted meat hung from the ceiling just above their heads. A cloudfoot hound stretched out on a threadbare green rug in front of the stove; he lifted his wiry head at the guest’s arrival but didn’t stir otherwise. Seoras produced a steel kettle and filled it with water. “No one followed you here, right?” “None that we saw. We snuck out of the palace without anyone noticing, I think.” Talna took a seat at the table and gestured for Lex to do the same. She obeyed without a word. “You think. Gods, all right. Euna!”

Addicted to drawing outfits right now. 😔

But! Congrats to Karim for marrying the Imperator's son and not only getting a Major Economic Boost but also converting and joining the Empire's military because you wanted to protect your boyfriend (who's also now the messiah).

Art showing two different outfits for a Pathfinder 1e NPC named Karim. Karim has light olive skin, black hair, and snakebite piercings. The first outfit is his "pre-nobility" clothing. Simple, low-saturation clothes that are a bit too large for him. The second outfit is his "I just married into Imperial Nobility" clothing. The saturation and intricacy of the clothing is much higher, with more imperial design elements. He did lose his headscarf in the noble outfit, but that's not a cultural thing. He just isn't travelling as much to need it. Art showing two Pathfinder 1e characters, Karim and Seòras. Karim has light olive skin and black hair; Seòras has dark, golden-brown skin, blond hair, and glowing amber eyes + a halo. Karim is wearing his new Imperial Army armor. It has lamellar on the sleeves and shins, he's wearing white pants and shirt, and his surcoat is crimson with gold trim + motifs. Seòras is wearing similar armor. His has a gorget, spaulders, and lamellar tassets and vambraces. He wears no armor on his lower legs. His sleeves are the same crimson as his surcoat. He's also wearing riding boots with gold soles.
