I’ve never read a Viking epic, but I’m sure this would be exemplary of the genre. Brutal. Bloody. Heart pounding. Action sequences are some of the best articulated I’ve ever read. Worthwhile read. 4.25/5⭐️ #booksky #books #ShadowoftheGods

Absolutely loved, although I am mainly invested in Orka’s POV at this time. I did find a lot of the book to be predictable, but the epic adventure and Norse mythology setting kept me thoroughly entertained. I will be reading books 2&3 (after I binge Onyx Storm)

Absolutely loved, although I am mainly invested in Orka’s POV at this time. I did find a lot of the book to be predictable, but the epic adventure and Norse mythology setting kept me thoroughly entertained. I will be reading books 2&3 (after I binge Onyx Storm)
