An important thing about the transition to Linux and killing Windows is acknowledging the very specific places where it's difficult, where pain points exist, and coming together to smooth those over systemically and thoroughly, because Linux has never been more ripe for it and Windows never weaker.

Bazzite is great in my experience!
Installing software is slightly different between distributions of linux, but on Bazzite, you have 5 options: Flatpak, .appimage from the Net, Steam, and the commands 'brew install' and 'rpm-ostree install'.

自宅PC の Fedora Silverblue を 45 へ更新。

I dunno if you can call ChromeOS "desktop linux", but it's possibly the simplest and most robust solution for normie computer users ever. And Silverblue, etc, are moving that direction

Installed #fedora silverblue on a refurbished hp laptop last week for my mother in law. I don't think she would have been happy without my help - had to reinstall all #flatpak to use flathub instead of fedora remote. Wasn't trivial.

Mais si je lance une toolbox et que Podman a migré...
toolbox lance automatiquement la mise à jour de Podman ce qui interrompt tous les conteneurs en cours.
