A good haircut by a skilled stylist can literally make you feel like a million bucks in a matter of just a couple hours commitment time or less

A theory. On the consumer side, games-as-skillbase plus the proliferation of common control schemes and controllers drives design to similarity. On the dev side, employee work divisions, learned skills, and pipelines drive toward the same thing.

i’m not so much jealous as much as i am feeling this constant societal disconnection that i so very much wish to resolve but either don’t have the skillbase to or lack the motivation to, mostly because it really sucks the life out of me to brainlessly follow a trench dug by ones prior to myself
