SkinnySkis also previously insisted that Congress has no ability whatsoever to determine if a resignation by proxy is legitimate or not. They went silent when the obvious issues with such an inane scheme were laid out.

SkinnySkis keeps refusing to specify what his current claim is, and would rather go off on irrelevant tangents. Presumably because the last time he did so, it was torn to shreds, and he's been trying to resuscitate it ever since.

Just got back from a post-dinner xc ski , only my 3rd time out this winter due to lack of snow. Trails were in pretty rough shape but it was still an excellent ski. #xcski#skinnyskis#CityofLakes#WirthPark

I want to know what SkinnySkis thinks can happen if the senator is completely competent but never speaks or votes. Or goes on a ‘round the world tour for 6 years.
Does the state get to guardianship that guy too because “interest of the state”?

I'm guessing SkinnySkis is still trying to shore up some semblance of logic behind his poorly considered "institutionalize troublesome senators, force them to resign by proxy, then replace them" scheme, but honestly, the wheels completely fell off of it yesterday.
