Monday's storm dropped several inches on Cache Valley ski resorts, but managers at Beaver Mountain says they'll still need several more before they can target an opening date. Beaver Mountain typically opens during the first or second week of December. #skithebeav #skiutah #snow #utsnow #kslnews
