I’m in the Sacramento, CA metro area and I’ve said for several decades now that our municipally-owned model (SMUD — Sacramento Municipal Utility District) should be the standard everywhere.

I'm British. I remember we enthusiastically and wholeheartedly got involved in celebrating with you guys in 1976 - parties, events, state visits, cultural exchanges and exhibitions - even a specially-designed postage stamp (which is a bigger deal than you would think!).

5. The solar -- it is a complicated story. This is SMUD territory, so the NEM 3.0 that many are up in arms about is just our regular deal. It's fine. SMUD is a pretty good utility, as they go. We have a plan to hit zero carbon way ahead of the state, but we have the benefit of some luck there too.
