#somethingfortheweekend - a very good value basic red for everyday drinking. Only £6.49 at Lidl. It is more structured than it should be at this price.
Please post your own recommendations and repost for everybody.
Wines from independent retailers are welcome.

Chocolate Block 2022/23
This is one of my favourite non-vintage reds. Sumptuous, with fine tannins and worth splashing out for as a Christmas treat.
Widely available around £23

I think I'm going to start a weekly thread on Fridays -
#somethingfortheweekend
I'll post a wine tip and anybody can add theirs.
Anbody interested?
NB - if you join in, they'd better be good as I know, from experience, that people get very uppity about wine recommendations.
