The farmers don't even want daylight savings time anymore. I called a soybean farmer in Iowa at 3 am to ask him about it and he threatened to shoot me through the phone

Word on the gravel road is that corn and soybean growers have had a real good year but here they are without Chinese markets they used to depend on and they remember who did that.

I'm not saying flips but it's looking more like demotivated rural GOP voters.

Oh, no! Soybean farmer Bessent couldn’t sell his beans!

Oh, that’s right. He’s really just the landlord to *real* Soybean farmers, and will probably be evicting them soon if they can’t sell, and then he can make a huge profit by selling his land for an inflated price for a Data Center. Or prison.

In a landmark victory for Indigenous rights & environmental protection Maya beekeepers in Mexico successfully challenged Monsanto over its genetically modified soybean crops. Mexico's
Supreme Court ruled in favour of the Maya communities. They have a voice in what affects their ancestral lands.

How many things made out of aluminum could be made from a bio plastic harder than steel?

Henry Ford demonstrated the Soybean car in 1941. Soybean, Hemp, Ramie, Wheat, Flax. Also powered the car on ethanol likely derived from those plants.

But the fact is, unbreakable plastics can be grown. Jobs?
The only way to protect the jarrah forest is to stop Alcoa and end forest mining.
