1 1/2 oz Spicebox Spiced Rye Whisky
1/2 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial (Ferino Distillery)

Stirred with ice and strained into a chlled glass

Some of the recipes in the Spicebox cookbook do a decent job of making tofu feel a bit more convincingly paneer-like than you might expect, though of course it will never yield the same creamy bliss

I ordered maple butter, bison sausage and Spicebox whiskey.
The bison sausage is delicious, if a little hard.
The whiskey is ... spicy 😁but also delicious.

Spicebox obviously legendary, but what's the two in one with onions and peas? I've never had Dundalkian Chinese as my granny was so fussy about food she wouldn't even eat pasta haha she'd barely stretch to chipper chips over deep frying frozen ones herself.

Just made a Christmas Eve cocktail for the night. This is my Gingerbread Manhattan. It's a play on the Black Manhattan cocktail, with a definite gingerbread bent.

Dark Rum 1oz
Bourbon Whiskey 0.5oz
Amaro Abano 0.5oz
Spicebox Gingerbread Whisky 0.75oz
2 dashes bitters of choice
1 bourbon cherry

For any UK people I will shill Rafi's Spicebox as doing excellent curry mixes.

A lot of how well the curry came out was due to Tang getting some good ingredients. Lovely Spanish sauce tomatoes, brilliant onion, and chicken thighs (not breasts).

This is the kit, it does seem to be out of print, if you can get your hands on it I'd say avoid the kit yarn its not good
