On one level, Splore calling it a day is ... well, things do end, better a graceful exit and a proper farewell to a unique festival.

Trying out #picotron splore as a wee desktop app. In this form it feels more like a bookmark manager; lists can still be sourced from the bbs (new, featured) or have standard meanings (favourites). But custom lists can also be pinned to splore and modified by dragging and dropping stuff into them.

More work on Splore for #picotron 0.2.1
The idea is: find stuff you like on the BBS, and then drag carts left into the bookmarks lists.
Some lists have special meanings; e.g. "Screensavers" becomes the list you choose from in Settings > Screensavers.

Optional cartridge version checking for #picotron 0.3.0b -- there is no "installing" so updating means rewriting the .loc or .list file's bbs:// location (works when launching from filenav or splore).
