Yes. Heathrow, Gatwick, and City mainly get flag carrier service while Luton, Standstead, and Southend mainly get budget airline service. All of them are international though.

I would consider that an incursion. Poor Standstead library. I've been there. The US side of the building is super CCTVed. Canadian side, not so much. And the border goes through the middle of the building.

If the layover isn’t too bad, it’s probably worth going from Manchester (imho). Avoid Heathrow if you can, if you can go from Luton or Standstead it might be worth the train if it’s cheap!
