Calling 35% zero utilization a statistical impossibility proves he knows nothing about statistics, probability or actuarial science. Zero claims aren’t proof of fraud. He skipped the math, ignored other explanations & turned correlation into guilt. That’s not analysis it’s statistical malpractice.

I've long thought probability and statistics should be a mandatory high school course
And that's why the endpoint of the highschool math sequence should be statistics rather than calculus.
