What I cannot get my head around is why is no one anywhere talking about other means of voting? Americans abroad do NOT rely on email to get or return ballots. It is any combination of email, fax, and websites, none of which can be controlled by the STBX president.

For the record, I did pay full price for Amazon Prime when my stbx husband removed me from his account. But my kid is now the second adult on that account and it has made it fast and easy to get him stuff he needed at college.
