It was somewhat overshadowed by a Red Army driver straight up walking up to a running Panzer III, getting into it, and driving away. The Germans stirred up a storm and the tank was returned, but not before being inspected and measured of course.

So he says something he knows will cause a stir then rails that the press is stirred up. So predictable. Would be new to not cover him at all!

Laugh it up, Republicans. Next time he may say Omaha or Atlanta or Boise. He knows not what he has stirred up.
Deplorable. Both Trump and the entire audience. Even the ones who didn't cheer-because they also didn't walk out

What's more, they're so short sighted. Sure, today it's cities they hate, like Los Angeles and San Diego. But tomorrow it could be Omaha

Shockwaves Erupt as Trump Dares Foes to Target Five Million Americans
In a shocking and controversial statement during a rally in Grand Island, Nebraska, President Donald Trump stirred outrage by suggesting that Iran should "take out" major American cities as a way to safeguard global security. Speaking to an enthusiastic crowd, Trump addressed the ongoing tensions with Iran, describing the situation as being “almost over with” but admitting that current U.S. prices are "a little bit high." He appeared to downplay the gravity of violence, saying, “It’s a small price to pay for keeping the world safe."

If we wanted the country to be safer, we could literally increase immigration and violent crime would go down, statistically.

But none of this is about reason. It's about vague rules people have in their heads (that they haven't thought through), and emotions stirred up by challenging those rules.

I remain firmly against the latter. From BOTH sides of that equation. That noted, the Scots quote shared sounds a hell of a lot like the agent provocateur stirred anti-Semitism that swept college campuses and far too much of my ostensible fellow Lefties in its place. And that sets my claws on edge.

The “white hands” Russian peasants called them, and the Bolshevik populists stirred up the peasants and others against them in the most savage language imaginable. This has echoes today even in the language of the Danish social democrats and Blue Labour (a shade of turquoise).
