@cnn.com #JessicaDean Totally disagree with guest. #USGS streamgauge teams work with #FEMA ,not only quick,but before disasters even happen.The StreamGauge team has been cut and will get cut more under BBB. Having people watching these gauges spike well ahead of flood, would have changed the outcome
