I genuinely don't know how this year has disappeared so quickly, and I'm not sure I like it. I was chatting with a fellow blogger over on Socials this past week, and it struck me that I have literally no idea if I will be able to do a #Bookvent post this year, not because the books I have read haven't been worthy - they have - but I have zero energy, zero mental capacity, and those posts take a lot of preparation. As I am struggling with normal reviews for book read in the last few months, spending hours recapping books I read ten months ago feels like an impossible ask right now.
